Distance Coaching

This is the package for riders who want to get faster on their bike using a personalised MTB training programme, but who do not live in the Bristol area.  It is for racers and trail riders alike and will be individually written with your personal goals in mind.

8 Week personal MTB training programme.

Includes on-bike sessions as well as bodyweight strength training.

Just Strength

This is the package for a rider who wants to get stronger on their bike through structured and progressive gym training with MTB Strength Factory.  You fit it into your own training or riding schedule.

This training package is for riders who want a complete MTB Coach experience, including MTB specific training sessions on and off the bike and all personalised to suit your lifestyle and your goals.

Goal setting and season planning.

Training plan written in 4 week blocks.

Initial power testing and then every 8 weeks using Wattbike.

£88 per calendar month for 1 session per week.

This is the ultimate pro-level package for riders who are seriously committed to improving performance.  It is designed to be comprehensive, offering all you could need to take your riding to the next level.  Due to the demands of training riders to this level, I will only be accepting a few riders each season for the Champions Package.
